By week two of living the FASTer Way, I was already in love and FEELING better than I ever had in my life!

Not to mention, I had a three month old that woke up several times a night to be breastfed. YES you can participate while nursing and not suffer a decreased milk supply.


 

The first results I experienced were enough to keep me going because I knew it was working, even without stepping on the scale (we don’t use those to measure our success). Better sleep quality (even with waking up several times for baby), less stress, increased energy, less bloating and my IBS was hardly an issue anymore!

As a mom of 4, increased energy without drinking gallons of coffee is straight GOLD! Not only was I feeling these amazing results I was being educated on why we need to fuel our bodies properly.

Instead of saying, eat this not that, the education piece is so valuable for continued success and making this a lifestyle. I had tried so many other “diets” before and the problem is they always END. Leaving you feeling hopeless and back where you started.

Did I mention we fuel our bodies. Translation….we EAT! SO MUCH FOOD! How can you eat and burn fat? Because when we fuel our bodies properly they can actually work the way they were designed. You wouldn’t run your car out of fuel and expect it to work right? Same goes for our bodies.
